Sur Incense Offering

A ‘Sur’ offering is a Tibetan Buddhist practice in which a mixture of flour, sweets, butter and aromatic substances are consecrated and then offered to a fire. As an alternative, Sur incense sticks can be used. Sur is traditionally performed in the evening. The fragrant smoke is offered to the objects of refuge and shared with all sentient beings.

Always burn incense in a well ventilated area, as it’s never healthy to inhale too much smoke. This incense is all natural and of high quality, containing no synthetic fragrance oils or other harmful substances.
